Abstract

No vision or innovative . transformation of an industry or state can be achieved unless the right fundamentals are in place from the start. Tasmania is fortunate in that any drive to gain considerable additional value from its agriculture and food-processing sector by changing to more intensive land use on farms is underpinned by excellent natural advantages that already exist.
