AbstractLetter to Andrew Inglis Clark, Tasmania from L.S. Rowe, Philadelphia, U.S.A., 20 Nov 1905. As President of the American Academy of Political and Social Science he asked Clark to reconsider his withdrawal of membership as he wanted the Academy represented in Tasmania. He also inquired whether there was any extension of municipal ownership of gas and other services in Tasmania.
