Abstract

The Company was founded in Sydney in 1940. A factory was built at Derwent Park, Glenorchy, near Hobart in 1947 and the main operations carried on there, although the registered office remained in Sydney. Collection contains minutes of Directors' and Shareholders' meetings and annual reports from 1941-1952.
