Particulars of property, mainly in Battery Point Hobart to be sold by auction by Thomas Yardley Lowes:- (no plans or detailed descriptions) 1. Property of Sir George Arthur in Harrington St., Montpellier Retreat and Hampden Rd. 13 May 1853 2. Property of Robert Quayle Kermode, in Battery Point - Mona Street, Marine Terrace, Napoleon Street North, Derwent Road. 14 March 1854 3. Property of Robert Quayle Kermode in Battery Point, adjoining St. George's Church, intersected by Colville St. and bounded by de Witt St., CrOmwell St., a continuation of Napoleon St., and a new street called St. George's Terrace, subdivided into 39 allotments 6 June 1854 4. Property of Robert Quayle Kermode, 2 blocks of land in Battery Point, 1 between Marine Terrace and River Derwent and the other bounded by Colville Rd., Cromwell St., Napoleon St., and St. George's Terrace.
