AbstractRegrets delay in writing but has been ill yet again; many people have noticed his altered appearance. Will enjoy travelling with Witton to Tasmania soon to enjoy your friendship and others again. Deigns that parochialism is rife in Tasmania and that the time is not yet ripe for Clark's public appearance. Mentions his interest in the Bill for the Amalgamation of the Legal Professions now before Parliament. Has been reading and gaining much from Wordworth. Again espouses his devotion and dedication to Clark.
