Abstract

Annoyed that Gill's application for appointment as commissioner has been refused and feels humiliated that his efforts have not been appreciated. Thanks for the invitation for the 4th (American Independence Day), but will let Clark know closer to the day whether he (and Witton), can make it. C4/C170
