Abstract

This report provides results from a baseline survey on the patterns of business internet usage in smaller businesses in Tasmania with 5 to 20 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) employees. The baseline survey was conducted in late 2011, and covers activities in the 2010-11 year. Of 756 in scope firms, we received responses from 447, giving a final response rate of 59.1%.
