Abstract

Detailed description of four new species, Antechinus concinnus, Antechinus mooeei.var. Assimilis., from the West Coast of Tasmania, Mus tamarensis - Nov. Spec. (female)- habitat, streams of Northern Tasmania, and Mus leucopus –adult male from Kentishbury.

In 1855 its name changed to Royal Society of Tasmania for Horticulture, Botany, and the Advancement of Science. In 1911 the name was shortened to Royal Society of Tasmania.
