Abstract

A letter from Frank Abbott to Dr GF Story, Hobart 17 October 1863. The letter discusses maximum and radiating (minimum) thermometers, and Abbott comments on Story's description of a meteor on the 15th of August. Abbott intended to forward this description to the British Meteorological Society. From Cotton Family Papers C7/118
