Abstract

This survey project was conducted by A.J. Finney, D.W. Challen, P.A. Gunn,
R.P. Rutherford and P. D. White and funded by the Tasmanian Energy
Research Commission. Its aim was to establish the current use and
possible future directions of all forms of energy use by households in
Tasmania and examine the role of energy conservation through a survey
of households. These working papers include: outline of project aims 1981, correspondence,
survey drafts, notes, questionnaires and some replies, interviewers'
instructions, copy of minutes (1982), pattern charts, fuel studies, oil,
Hydro-Electric Commission, gas, building studies, energy analysis,
Environmental Studies Department project reports, population data.
