Abstract

This study reports on a survey of Tasmanian teacher and student perceptions of Asian language learning in order to obtain a more accurate picture of positive and negative influences, and to establish a base data set for consideration of individual and collective strategies to facilitate the consideration of measures to enhance Asian language learning participation in Tasmania.
