Paper written by Edmund Morris Miller about Australia's first two novels: 'Quintus Servinton' by Henry Savery and 'Woman's Love' by Mary Leman Grimstone. Includes biographical notes about the authors and plot summaries and comments about the two novels. First published in two parts in Papers and Proceedings of the Tasmanian Historical Research Association Vol6 (2-3) September and December 1957. Signed by the author. No. 72 of 150 signed copies.
