Abstract

MAUSA is a new software program for doing multiple sequence alignments on biological sequences. It uses simulated annealing combined with the 'Aligning Alignments Exactly' algorithm to find a 'best' guide tree. This deposit contains the software download. The descriptive paper is in the journal submission stage.
