Abstract

Images from the scrapbook album of Sarah Thompson Walker, second daughter of George Washington and Sarah Benson Walker. The album consisted of photographs thought to be of her sister Isabella reading and herself cycling, and images of her trip to England from 1897-1898 including her sketch and two of her watercolours of Pulverback, Castle Hill, one with Shrewsbury in the distance.
