Related URLs: AbstractGiven the economic, social and environmental importance of estuaries in NW Tasmania there is a need for baseline and ongoing assessment of estuarine condition. With an appropriate monitoring program, managers can use the information gathered to underpin better management decisions, targeting any problem areas and thereby maintain or improve the condition of estuaries in the region.
