Abstract

The present paper deals with five new species of spiders,
one of which forms the type of a new genus in the
Oonopidae.
I have adopted the scheme of classification
proposed by Professor A. Petrunkevitch of Yale University
in his Systema Aranearum, and have also made use of
his helpful terminology and notation of spines, a full explanation
of which is given in his paper on the Arachnida
from Pamama.
Unless otherwise indicated all descriptions have been
made from specimens preserved in alcohol.
Includes diagrams.
