St. George's Church, intersected by Colville St. and bounded
by de Witt St., CrOmwell St., a continuation of Napoleon St.,
and a new street called St. George's Terrace, subdivided into
39 allotments 6 June 1854

Point, 1 between Marine Terrace and River Derwent and the
