Street, Marine Terrace, Napoleon Street North, Derwent Road.

3. Property of Robert Quayle Kermode in Battery Point, adjoining
St. George's Church, intersected by Colville St. and bounded
by de Witt St., CrOmwell St., a continuation of Napoleon St.,
and a new street called St. George's Terrace, subdivided into
39 allotments 6 June 1854
4. Property of Robert Quayle Kermode, 2 blocks of land in Battery
Point, 1 between Marine Terrace and River Derwent and the
other bounded by Colville Rd., Cromwell St., Napoleon St., and
St. George's Terrace.
