on 18th December 1805, Grant
of
100
acres
on
the
Derwent
to
be
known
as
Henrietta
Farm,
to
be
held
for
five
years
free
of
taxes,
rents
etc.
but
timber
suitable
for
naval
purposes
was
to
be
reserved
for
the
use
of
the
Crown. On the back, first transfer of land in
Van Diemen ' s Land in 1811.
