Abstract

Presbyterian Church Marriage Affidavits - Morven (Evandale) 1848, 1849
Affidavits that there is no impediment to marriage,
with additional affidavit of consent for those under 21,
and of consent of the Lt. Governor for prisoners of
Crown. Both made before Robert Russell, appointee of
Moderator of the Presbyterian Church. Stephen Collins of Morven, widower, and Louisa Freelth - sworn at Logan Falls 10th October 1848, and Thomas Spinks of Morven, bachelor and Mary Jones , spinster, sworn at Evandale 25th July 1849
