Abstract
Two civil servants, assumed to be Orlando Baker and Thomas Searell in the Public Works disliking each other intensely. Thomas Searell worked alongside Baker and Midwood in the design section from January 29 - June 13 1900. Caricature drawn by Thomas Claude Wade Midwood, Hobart, Tasmania, 1854-1912.
