Abstract

Schools - George Town 20 May 1830 - 31 Jan. 1831
Report on number of children to be educated, appointment of William Wilson as
schoolmaster and reference to Headlam's school at Launceston on Bell's system. From the William and John Clark of Cluny, Bothwell, Family Papers 1821 -1872. John Clark (1807-1853),
was Keeper of the Bonded Store in Launceston, Coast Waiter and Searcher at George
Town and Police Magistrate at Hobart, Launceston, George Town and later Bothwell. Royal Society RS/E6
