Abstract
Dr GF Story's private patient records and accounts for 1831 - 1874. There are twelve booklets in total, the first 5 (1831-1852) arranged alphabetically according to patient, while 6-11 contain detailed descriptions of doctor's visits. The records as a group describe Story's visits, individual symptoms and treatment plans, and occasionally include personal notes. From Cotton Family Papers C7/39
