Abstract

This chapter deliberates on the way a thesis might be organized when it involvesfood, education, and sociology. It explores the following research question: what isan appropriate structure for reporting a study of food experiences and food education programmes in three different primary schools, following a Foucauldiananalysis of discourse, power and knowledge, and adopting an ethnographicmethodology?
