Abstract

Being international at its heart, maritime transport has a great advantage as aworkplace. It offers a vibrant and versatile job market, unbounded by borders witha competitive income. These qualities could interest many talented people and beconsidered an attractive career especially among the younger generation. Unfortunately,today's maritime job market is not resonating that fact anymore andresearch into this field does not promise a bright future.
