Abstract
Safety of human resource is one of the most vital factors in safe operation of ports. Promoting safety of logistics workers can be accomplished by effective training. This research has been carried out in order to improve the level of safety of port security logistics personnel through the effectiveness of the provided trainings in a qualitative and case studyChabahar port. At first, the logistics officers of the affected port were interviewed and the incidence of accidents was investigated. Then, different levels of organization were interviewed from high to lower grades. In order to find the effective factors in reducing the effectiveness of training after the relevant research, the researchers derived six maincodes. These six floors include the use of unskilled port logistics workers, Chabahar Special Conditions, cultural and ethnic differences, lack of effective monitoring of the performance of private contractors in ports, lack of obligation and enforcement of laws and there is also a lack of port security equipment.
