Abstract
Globalisation has fundamentally transformed commerce, politics and the very nature of
society in recent decades and the central goal of this book is to explore and attempt to
explain the various ways in which international business is being regulated in the
present era of globalisation. While few would deny the claim that globalisation has had
a significant impact on the international economic system there is an important and
ongoing debate about the nature of globalisation, its causes and precise impact.
